Course: Journey to Wellness
The Journey to Wellness Module Consists of Three parts:
I. Written material
The module is structured over 30 steps. Each step will introduce you to several topics related to wellbeing that you must read at your own peace and at your own time to explore:
- Numerous therapy techniques to help you manage your mind
- Setting healthy boundaries and improving your relationships
- Understanding your needs
- Using Jungian dream analysis to understand yourself better
- Improving your gut health and reducing inflammation
- Setting a new personal goal that excites and inspires you
- And more!
II. Challenges
Each step includes a thoughtfully designed challenge that encourages you to apply the day’s lesson or theme in real life. These challenges are optional, but they’re tailored to enhance your results.
III. 1:1 Coaching Session
You will need to schedule six one-hour video-Zoom calls with me at the end of the 5th, 10th, & 15th, 20th, 25th, & 30th steps of the journey to wellness module.The calls are designed to check-in on your progress and address any questions that you may have. They are intended to clarify the steps and help guide you along the way. These sessions are included in your module. However, if along the way you feel that you need more help, you can request to schedule additional video-zoom calls with me to address your concerns or be guided further in your steps. My coaching rate is 60€ per hour.
